Workspace SiteCollections are not created despite status "Creating"

Workspace SiteCollections are not created despite status "Creating"

Problem:

During workspace creation, the status column displays "Creating", the URL column is not filled, and SiteCollection is not created.

Cause:

The subsite column is missing in the content type, so the Collaboration Manager does not know whether to create a subsite or SiteCollection.

Solution:

Add the Subsite column to the content type.
