When you create a workspace occurs at irregular / regular stages, that the work area is not created and the "Status" column will be blank. It is not "in progress" or "error occurred" appears.
The Collaboration Manager Service must be activated with no special configuration only once in the farm. If the service 2 or more times is enabled, the load is distributed across multiple services. However, the service in the Standard can not access the temporary files, so it happens every time, if not the first service operates to error messages.
Solution:Check In Central Administration, under "Services on Server" if the service "Collaboration Manager Service" is activated on one server.
