The support feature gives our customers the capability of navigating through our complete knowledge base. In addition, it is also possible to do live chat with our support team.
Let me demonstrate you how to use the support feature. Clicking the support button, which is located in the quick launch bar from Collaboration Manager 365, will pop up the support center.
There you can search for a keyword as demonstrated below. We will query our knowledge base and display the first three founded results. You can also visit our support page (https://solutions2share.zendesk.com/knowledge) and have access to all content.
If the founded results are not enough or you want to get more information about our product, you can start chatting with our support team.
If there is nobody online, you can leave us a message and we will answer your question as soon as possible. It is important that you enter an existing email address, otherwise we will not be able to send you a response.
